About Arleen

Real estate has been a part of my story long before it became my career. I’ve always loved beautiful homes, but what truly drew me to this industry was the opportunity to help people find a place they can call home. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business, experience in commercial real estate and residential property management, and a passion for building genuine relationships, I bring an organized, detail-oriented, and personal approach to every transaction. My goal is to handle the details and challenges behind the scenes while making the experience enjoyable for the people I represent. More than anything, I want my clients to feel that they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares about their goals and their best interests.

My Story

Believe it or not, becoming a real estate agent was something I wanted to do right after high school. My family encouraged me to attend college first, so I took that path and earned my Bachelor's degree in Business while working as a bartender throughout school.

Bartending ended up teaching me something I still carry with me today: people are different, and the ability to connect with them matters. I met people from all walks of life, learned how to communicate with different personalities, and became comfortable creating genuine connections with people I had just met. It was also during this time that customers would regularly tell me, “You should be a real estate agent.” The funny part? That was already the career I had wanted to pursue.

After college, I had the opportunity to work for a real estate professional who needed help managing commercial buildings. When she eventually moved, that opportunity led me in a new direction and into residential property management. Working in property management gave me a behind-the-scenes look at real estate and allowed me to work closely with homeowners, tenants, and real estate professionals.

That experience gave me a much deeper appreciation for everything that goes into owning and managing a home. It also gave me practical knowledge that I can bring into my work today—knowledge that goes beyond simply opening doors and writing offers.

How I Work

For me, the best part of real estate is the relationship that develops throughout the process. I don't want the experience to feel like a series of appointments and paperwork. I want to get to know the people I'm working with, understand what matters to them, and become someone they know they can count on.

I'm naturally organized and detail-oriented, and I genuinely enjoy taking care of the moving pieces that come with a real estate transaction. My business background, combined with years of working with people and managing properties, has taught me how important communication, preparation, and follow-through are.

Real estate can come with plenty of moving parts and unexpected moments. My job is to stay on top of those details, communicate clearly, and help navigate the challenges so my clients don't have to carry that stress themselves. I want them to be able to enjoy the exciting parts of the journey while knowing that I'm working hard behind the scenes.

The most rewarding moment for me is reaching the finish line and seeing the happiness on a client's face. Whether it's the excitement of getting the keys to a first home, finding the right place for a growing family, or successfully navigating a sale, knowing that I helped make an important chapter of someone's life a little easier is what makes this career so fulfilling.

Southern California Roots

I’m proud to serve clients throughout Southern California, an area that has been a big part of my life. I grew up in Los Angeles, spent my younger years in the Inland Empire, and have spent a significant amount of time in Orange County. With family and friends spread throughout these areas, I've had the opportunity to experience and become familiar with many different communities across SoCal.

That personal connection is something I value because buying a home isn't just about the house itself. It's also about finding the right community, lifestyle, and place to build your life.

Beyond Real Estate

When I'm not working, I'm a proud dog mom who tries to appreciate the everyday moments in life. I'm also constantly learning, growing, and evolving, both personally and professionally. My family loves to travel together, and some of my favorite memories come from the experiences and time we get to share along the way.

Giving back is also an important part of the future I want to create. As I build my career and a business I'm proud of, I hope to use that success to support dog rescue organizations and help dogs find their forever homes. Whether that's through volunteering, helping with food or medical expenses, or simply giving my time, it's something I'm passionate about.

I help people find a home to live in, and one day, I hope to help more dogs find a home to love in, too.

What I Want for My Clients

At the end of the day, I don't want my clients to remember me simply as the person who helped them buy or sell a house. I want them to remember the experience and feel that they were genuinely cared for throughout it.

My hope is that when the transaction is over, I haven't just gained a client—I’ve gained a friend. Someone who knows I listened, cared, communicated, and always tried to do what was best for them.

That is the kind of business I want to build, and the kind of real estate professional I strive to be.
