Meet Stephanie Rosales-Arteaga
Real estate, but make it real. As a dual-licensed agent (DRE #02035636) and mortgage loan originator (NMLS #1629924) with City Experts Realty and Stigler Mortgage, I help people navigate both sides of the home buying process — because you shouldn’t have to juggle two people to get to the keys.
For nearly 10 years, I’ve served the Inland Empire and LA County, guiding my clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with zero corporate polish and all the honesty.
Beyond real estate, I lead a growing team at City Experts Realty, where I train agents on branding, marketing, and building businesses that actually reflect who they are. I’m also the founder of Confident Girl Club, a community of nearly 35K women built around real talk, financial literacy, and showing up for each other — through events, a book club, and coaching programs designed to help women rewrite their money stories.
At home, I’m a wife and mom to my daughter Arya Noelle and stepdaughter Isabella — the two who keep me grounded (and busy) outside of work.
When I’m not closing deals or hosting CGC events, you’ll find me at Pilates, chasing a run, or leaning into faith and a little cosmic guidance along the way.
